It's a well priced and modern hotel in the very very good building. The room is great modern and beautifully maintained and with a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card.

The weather was warm, had very positive stay during business trip. The setting was lovely, next to the local train station and a taxi.

Very nice staff at the reception. Air conditioning unfortunately a bit warm although it was set to the coldest level. Otherwise very good especially in terms of price / performance.

Friendliness of the staff

I recently stayed at a hotel close to the airport and I was impressed by the convenient location and great service. The shuttle from the airport was easy and the staff at this hotel were fantastic. They went out of their way to provide assistance and even made me a cup of coffee at an odd hour. The amenities were also wonderful, such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. I also appreciated the option to hire a car or use the laundry service. With its prime location, comfortable amenities, and helpful staff, this venue made for a pleasant stay.

The staff should receive further training on customer service. However, I still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We only stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was modern and clean. The pool area is nice. The breakfast buffet was adequate. We also participated in the evening buffet, did not find the value for money adequate. For my daughter I paid 10 € for dinner. But as well as the children at the next table, she only ate baguette with butter.

The price of the dinner for the children is not appropriate.

The hotel is conveniently located next to downtown, making it easy to access. It's just a short, pleasant stroll away from S Raunheim, making it a convenient choice for visiting that area. The breakfast is available at an affordable price of EUR 20 per person per day.

Really enjoyed how the standard room was arranged when we arrived. All the staff were efficient and excellent cooperating.- The breakfast was sensational with Cappuccino and a huge amount of food.- It had an absolutely perfect and stunning location close to Frankfurt International airport, Raunheim, and public transport.

Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel: only eight seats in the hotel bus make the gambling room a place to gamble.

The accommodation offers a high standard at a reasonable price. The check-in was easy, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped. Overall a hotel to feel good. The train station Raunheim is within walking distance, from here a S-Bahn goes to Frankfurt Airport. The hotel also offers a regular shuttle service there.

Great location with easy access by taxi, spacious rooms offering a runway view, and wonderful staff.
